Doctolib
At Doctolib, I lead the German Brand Design team and support global brand design efforts across the company. With several years of experience and a deep understanding of our visual system, I act as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams – bridging design excellence, brand consistency, and business goals.
My work spans a wide range of responsibilities: I design and manage assets for sales, marketing, employer branding, and public affairs, and I oversee the visual development of major internal and external campaigns. I also created and maintain the company’s Brand Book and contribute directly to the definition and evolution of our brand guidelines.
Some of the most impactful projects I’ve led include the company-wide rebranding, several cross-market campaigns, and the complete visual execution of Doctolib’s 150 sqm annual trade fair booth at DMEA Berlin and various other industry events.
I work closely with interdisciplinary teams – including product design, marketing, employer branding, public relations, and more – and act as a creative problem solver in high-pressure situations. My broad skillset ranges from editorial, illustration, and digital design to UI/UX, making me a go-to person for unconventional formats and quick turnarounds.
I believe every design team needs one person who keeps the wheels turning, connects the dots, and doesn’t shy away from getting their hands dirty — that's where I come in.
Brand Book & Guidelines
Building a strong brand starts with clarity. I created and maintain Doctolib’s Brand Book, ensuring consistency across teams, markets, and mediums. From color systems to tone of voice, this living document defines how we show up — and how we stay recognizably us.

Marketing and Sales Materials
From flyers and brochures to pitch decks and infographics — I design assets that are informative, on-brand, and built for conversion. My work spans internal and external audiences and helps translate complex healthcare products into clear visual language.

Events Marketing
Whether it’s a 150 sqm booth or a last-minute roll-up, I’ve designed dozens of assets for Doctolib’s trade fair and event presence — most notably our annual appearance at DMEA Berlin. Each piece balances brand consistency with real-world visibility and logistical constraints.

Internal Communication &
Employer Branding
Internal communication deserves just as much craft as external messaging. I’ve created visual content for onboarding, people initiatives, internal campaigns, and employer branding materials — always tailored to fit the tone, context, and culture of the team.

Illustrations
In the early years of my time at Doctolib — before the major rebrand — custom illustrations were a central part of the company’s visual identity. During this time, I created a wide range of bespoke visuals to support marketing, product, and internal communications.
From doctor-patient scenes and medical workflows to abstract concepts for our HealthHub and campaign material, I developed illustrations that balanced accessibility with professionalism — and helped shape a visual language that was friendly, human, and instantly recognizable.
